Each class features a kriya which is a unique sequence of yoga poses, breath work, and meditation done for specified times and arranged by Kundalini Yoga Master, Yogi Bhajan, in order to improve vitality by strengthening the nervous system, boosting immunity and glandular function.
Work on the joints, ligaments and deeper tissues of the body to release tension, restore mobility and increase flexibility. Passive stretching which can be challenging as it works on the body and mind! Open up those hips, the pelvis and lower spine.
