This session combines techniques learned in the Hand&Foot and Soft Roller levels, and incorporates them into a MELT Map Sequence class. You will practice using specialized techniques, a soft body roller, and four different ball. MELT rehydrates the connective tissue, rebalances the nervous system, and restores space to compressed joints.

Prerequisite: Completion of MELT Level 1 & 2
Bring your own equipment (MELT soft roller and ball kit), equipment will be available for rent during class and available for purchase.
